In dota 2,diffusal blade charges cooldown is 4 sec (6.88 patch) and in this dota 1 6.88 patch it is 2 sec,please check it.
Also,in dota 2 selling diffusal blade with zero charges give full bounty (not sure),please check and add changes accordingly pls.
