you couldnt skip a talent until recent patch, not sure if that was intended by valve, maybe yet another bug-feature, it's not listed anywhere

I wasnt able to bind tp slot hotkey by using hex value, I wanted to bind to '> <' /0xe2 key, but i also tried with letter keys using hex value and it didnt work. I have open scoreboard with 0xdc so it works with other hotkeys as written, tp and talents dont support anything but raw letter/number
