is it possible to play different models for heroes

@CoTich Can you elaborate for a noob, with some search I found some individual modders who, I believe DracoL1ch is also cooperating for skins, and downloaded some of their skins. I want to use Dota2 sounds for heroes yet I dont know how, I can only copy sound files of wardota2 but I believe War3Path.mpq must change accordingly

thanks for sharing what was in first link? Its broken atm :( Second link seems to be working however I found this guy's version better interms of quality of skins and number https://www.facebook.com/ABModsz/ however they are both missing textures on some heroes meaning some heroes are invisible therefore its not playable atm. Also the one I posted has a terrible tower and creep attack sound which I couldnt delete

I mean deleting from war3patch and war3x.mpq obviously I can delete it from my warcraft 3 . I want to isolate the features I like and play just using them, which are skins and sounds. The link I posted above has really good skins but spectre texture is missing and I cant keep sounds on with that creep adn tower attack sound, I tried to delete it using mpq editor yet I think I have to replace it with original somehow which I dont know how
