With normal seconds was fine, why did you put milliseconds too?

most of abilities are belong to <100s cooldown, and plenty of those - below 10. ms matters for heroes with strict comboes, although they aren't obligatory at all. We decided it's better to see precisely when will your spell be available again instead of plain integer countdown

Maybe sir draco you can fix the cooldown rotation(?) or just disable the icon like in 88c because its kinda confusing. other starts at different edges. just the cooldown timer is fine..

And also maybe you can just put milliseconds only when cooldown is at 5s. Just a suggestion
