Arc Warden:
-Flux cooldown reduced from 18 to 16 (7.12)
-Magnetic Field cooldown reduced from 35/30/25/20 to 20 (7.14)
-Magnetic Field mana cost reduced from 110 to 50/70/90/110 (7.16)
-Spark Wraith damage increased from 100/160/220/280 to 100/170/240/310 (7.21)
-Tempest Double duration increased from 12/14/16 to 16/20/24 (7.21d)
-Tempest Double bounty increased from a fixed 180 Gold/XP to 180/240/300 (7.20)

*The most nerfed hero of the patch.5 months have passed and it has been discontinued.
*You will receive buff in the following patches, you really need it.(Really)

Techies:
-Base movement speed increased from 270 to 315 (7.20)
-Land Mines damage reescaled from 150/190/225/260 to 150/190/230/270 (6.89)
-Land Mines manacost reescaled from 60/75/85/100 to 60/75/90/105 (6.89)
-Land Mines cooldown reescaled from 9/8/7/5 to 8/7/6/5 (6.89)
-Stasis Trap cooldown reduced from 20/16/13/10 to 20/16/12/8 (6.89)
-Stasis Trap manacost reescaled from 80/110/140/160 to 80/110/140/170 (6.89)
-Remote Mines now have a 0.25 second Detonation delay (7.00)
-Remote Mines cast time reduced from 1.5 to 1 (7.00)
-Remote Mines cooldown reduced from 10 to 8 (7.21c)
-Remote Mines manacost reduced from 200/240/300 to 120/180/240 (7.20)

*Perhaps the most hated hero in the game, nobody wants him as an ally either as an opponent.(Very weak)
*Your skills are poorly scaled.Buff and rescaled would make him an option to take into account.
*Techies promotes the use of wards and sentries.Don't relegate it.

Sniper:
-Headshot physical damage now pierces Spell Immunity (7.18)
-Headshot damage increased from 15/40/65/90 to 30/60/90/120 (7.21c)
*Physical damage must penetrate the BKB.

Spectre:
-Desolate damage reduced from 20/35/50/65 to 20/30/40/50 (7.07c)
-Desolate now pierces Spell Immunity (7.07c)

Tiny:
-Toss no longer throws Spell Immune enemies (7.07c)
-Craggy Exterior damage increased from 40/50/60/70 to 60/80/100/120 (7.06d)

*Physical damage must pass the bkb and not magic.
*I remember when they changed Lina's damage from magical damage to divine damage because the BKB passed and that was absurd.

Alchemist:
-Acid Spray radius rescaled from 625 to 400/475/550/625 (7.05)
-Unstable Concoction cooldown increased from 16 to 22/20/18/16 (7.06)
*Not knowing how to deal with him in the mid lane.

Bloodseeker:
-Rupture damage increased from 26/42/60% to 30/45/60% (6.88c) missed update!
-Rupture mana cost increased from 150/200/250 to 200/225/250 (7.06f)
-Rupture cast range reduced from 1000 to 800 (7.07)
*Do not carry "Tp" or move when Bloodseeker activates its ultimate.

Slark:
-Intelligence gain reduced from 1.9 to 1.7 (7.06)
-Slark strength reduced from 21 + 1.8 to 20 + 1.6 (7.01)
-Movement speed reduced from 305 to 300 (7.02)

Clinz:
-Death Pact health gain increased from 50/65/80% to 50/70/90% (7.06c)
-Death Pact damage gain increased from 5/6.5/8% to 5/7/9% (7.06c)
-Death Pact cooldown increased from 45/30/15 to 85 (7.06)
-Death Pact duration increased from 35 to 65 (7.06)

Kunka:
-Ghostship now always crashes where Kunkka targets it (7.06)
*All people claim it. Since I was in the forum I have read this request by many users.

Ogre Magi:
-Multicast 2× chance from 40/50/60% to 60/60/60% (7.16)
-Multicast 3× chance from 0/20/25% to 0/30/30% (7.16)
-Multicast 4× chance from 0/0/12.5% to 0/0/15% (7.16)

Razor:
-Eye of the Storm prioritizes striking Static Linked heroes (7.06)
-Eye of the Storm no longer has a cast point (7.06)

Skeleton King:
-Mortal Strike no longer has a chance to kill creeps (7.16)
*Players living in the jungle, please remove this.

Zeus:
-Base damage increased from 21-29 to 33-41 (7.16)
-Attack range increased from 350 to 380 (7.12)
-Movement Speed increased from 295 to 300 (7.06c)
-Arc Lightning damage rescaled from 85/100/115/145 to 70/95/120/145 (7.16)
*He's basically a mid-lane hero and can't do a last hit.
*The player limits himself to getting gold with his first skill. Please correct this.

Thanks for answering. Congratulations for your incredible work.
This is a small wish list of items:
-Add Crown:Basically it is a buff for 4 little used items, it also greatly improves its statistics ( Rod of atos,Drum of Endurance,Dagon,Veil of Discord)
-To update: Bracer, Wraith band, Null talisman (7.20).More stats and the cost would be equalized.
-To update: Helm of dominator ( new version), mask of madnees and Satanic.
-To update: Phase Boots and Tranquil Boots .

*****************Help items please********************************
Faerie Fire:
-Heal increased from 75 to 85 (7.08)
-Cost reduced from 75 to 70 (7.06)

Sentry Ward:
-Cost decreased from 100 to 75 (7.22)
-Duration increased from 4 to 6 minutes (7.16)
-Range increased from 850 to 1000 (7.20)

Quelling Blade:
-No longer increases a percentage (40%/15%) of base damage
-Now provides +24/7 bonus damage against non-hero units

Moon Shard:
-Can now be cast on allied heroes (7.03)
-Attack Speed increased from 120 to 140 (7.16)
-Night vision increased from 300/150 (base/consumed) to 400/200 (7.17)
*Buff after Buff is what this item receives. 4000 gold for a consumable is for very specific situations.

Blade Mail:
-Cooldown increased from 18 to 25 (7.19c)
-Bonus armor reduced from 6 to 5 (7.19c)
*Item overused in RGC.

-Iron talon
-Poor man shield
*Players living in the jungle, please remove this.

and could you please reduce the cooldown rate of releasing new maps from 5 months to this week ?
