u have already been told more than 1 time that this is task with low priority and is impossible to implement yet.
if u fully implement the hero with full set of his spells, then tell us about it and we'll check your hero. :^^:

monkey by itself is fine, issue is how to provide secondary features. he is not about tree jumping, he is about being invisible while standing there, but visible if you have higher/equal ground to him. it's incredibly tricky

oh,i'll check about this and create a map which fix that problem and create the other skills for him.i include a diffence trigger there also,which buildings crack when hp lose and death when hp=0

So you can make all of the features of 7.0 except monkey king's abilities ?

So how do you setup hotkeys for Rubick/Invoker? Do need to use some AutoHotkey script or nah?

issues of making 7.0, by priority
1) inventory. extra slots cannot be as functional as normal inventory slots, and any difference will make it really unpractical to use, leading to uselessness of the feature by itslf
2) talents. most common issue is how to display them to all players, when unit is selected, rest questions are handled
3) mk
in that order

XP rescaled from 425 to 500/600/700/800/etc. per consumed Tome of Knowledge on your team
Additional XP per used Tome from 100 to 135

About the talent, maybe commands would do? For example: "-t1a", 't' for talent, '1' for 1st or level 10 talent, 'a' for left branch talent and a command for viewing talent. Other similar conventions is fine.

Another solution I can think of is talent as a clickable passive skill (only becomes clickable after reaching certain levels). It would have a seperate skill acquisition from the red plus button. Then, you can view your chosen talents by hovering in the passive 'Talents' skill. I don't know how you'll work around Invoker in this method though as there are no slots (iirc) left for invoker.

Talents supposed to be visible for all, both allies and enemies, also observers. Its not "must have" but likely to have thing. Chat isnt good enough
