issue with double tap

abilities which have double tap for self cast (ie astral, alacrity, earth spirit stones, oracle purge etc) sometimes stop getting self-casted with the double tap in the middle of a game. i think it's something with dying and respawning, because it always stops working after i respawn (but not always when i die). basically i tap the hotkey and the double tap doesn't register anymore, i have to manually cast it like before the double tap. this problem never happens with items.

anyone know what's up with this or how to solve?

thats bind tool issue. You're supposed to type in "-bi" chat command which will make debug and probably enable hotkeys back. Next time please do that and report the replay for me to check out

I'm the earth spirit and the double tap to place stone in front of me just stops working mid-way through the game. i tried -bi 3 times and it didn't work
