Observer Slots

My last suggestion is if you could add more observer slots.
I know the default game has 2, the rgc bot occupies 1, and that leaves only 1 free for a caster.
I think having more slots could help provide a boost in favor of Dota1's competitive scene.
(Maybe add team slots to be occupied by observers, though I'm not sure if the map can support more players)

max playable slots in patch 1.26a is 12, so, it's wont be more slot for observer
