6.85 and 6.88 bugs and issues

6.85 and 6.88 bugs and issues

Witch Doctor: Maledict is doing way too much damage than in Dota 2.
Spectra: Refraction - when hitted with ilusion (Wall of Replica, Replicate) got killed and everyone dies nearby.
Wisp: Tether heal not working unless you toggle Overcharge.
Dagger: has some casting time and backswing cast.
Dragon Knight: Dragon Tail lvl3 stun target for 6 sec.
Storm Spirit: he need some attack animation improve, too long animation before he start an attack.
Smoke of Deceit: towers not breaking buff and under tower creeps turn toward hero but can't attack him(6.88).

все герои с ренж ааткой имеют ебанутую анимацию при которой нельзя нормльно мув+тычка, тоьлко при маленькой скорости атаки можно нормально...

1 - doubt it
2 - fixed, I guess
3 - intended to skip heal if Wisp is full HP
4 - nope, but as always you have to look at the spell target
5 - fixed
6 - all the same as d2, maybe model's issue
7 - smoke reworked in newest version (88f), wait for it

there is a bug, when you have true strike (monkey king bar) you still can miss atacks is u have the Phase buff (Phase boots)
