Oh yeah. Scepter upgrade for Oracle: Reduces Purifying Flames Purifying Flames​ cooldown from 2.25 to 1 cast time from 0.3 to 0.1.
that means, it will be a available soon right ? nice upgrade for oracle,remember than he is one of the less played heroes in dota 1,2. (less cd ultimate or more time duration is too much i think so,Flame specter upgrade is enough )

dota 2 6.88 last version for oracle: Increased Purifying Flames Purifying Flames​ cast range from 750 to 800. can be cool too

I found an error/bug about oracle's ultimate and Urns of shadow's Health interaction 6.88h: http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Urn_of_Shadows
there we can read this "The healing effect is lost if the affected ally takes damage from an enemy hero or tower."
The error is when Urn's buff healing just disappear when some enemy hit the allie affected by oracle's ultimate what? but that that should not happen While oracle's ultimate is active in any allie cannot recive any damage so why the healing buff is disappering? (should urn effect disappear when ulti time ends (because there is when the damage is get) and not before)
Fix coming soon isnt?
