Disable some icons

I find hero icon and courier icon unnecessary.


Please give option in config to disable them.
Most of us use unit controls binding.

You can't select hero by F1 if you don't have the icon, and Im can already imagine shitwave "I DID REMOVE HERO ICON BUT GOT %any summoner% HOW THE FUCK CAN I TOGGLE IT BACK"

but i use my own controls to select hero ..
Currently on 1 and courier on 2.
