change the icons and skill names but still be mechanically the same heroe and do everything the same way.

OK , i can counter argue anything you bring up against the current hero models using the statement above , if you don't like the current hero models just use a skin, Wardota 2 is a good place to start

What I mean with this is that it dosent even need to be called monkey king, it could be called closer to the warcraft model for example "King Sasquash" (or you name it, it could be ANYTHING

But IF it can be called Monkey King why not just call it Monkey King , and in terms of his model let's wait and see what will Dracol1ch do to it if it's bad we can always change it....unless Loki was involved

know you guys want to follow dota 2 steps but honestly, you can do even BETTER than them, they are not a blue print that you MUST do whatever they do

"BETTER" is subjective , i saw some people hating on the camera options saying it shouldn't exist , some hate the fact that Techies still exist, some hated the fact that Dracol1ch removed him (Just type Techies in RGC's forum search box) .
i can go on and on but i'll just conclude with this :

Snapfire:

As we see on the trailer, Snapfire is a old woman who uses fire weapons. has a beast companion. looks like a little troll or goblin and is a experienced wanderer.
Mortar team model fits for this hero. because he is old too but a man (sex change, same with Legion Commander), with his cannon fires missiles, he is a midget, has a companion also and is a bit red skinned I guess.
With his telescope you can make it shot like a machine gun, sprinkle of imagination.



Void Spirit:

Not much is seen in the trailer, only that he is the four spirit brother, his element refers to the other chinese elements heroes:Ember,Storm,Earth,Void, can open portals for travel among dimensions, see inside them, is humanoid and has a double edge type weapon.
Even through he is not a panda, Netherdrake model fits for this hero. because is a creature from the Outland.
He is made of nether essence, with resembles cosmic dust and space thing (like enigma colours, purple void), well suite theme.
Now that you replaced the previous Viper model with Coatl model, I think this needs an new use, not courier or skin.


I know it's too early to discuss, but better get ahead since we're late with the heroes.

Now they're released, so I was thinking on three unit models from WC3.


Salamander and Turtle Dragon model for Snapfire, fits because they use their mouth to shot fire and water respectively, but no rider.
Draenei Darkslayer model for Void Spirit, fits because it's from another dimension and for their cutting movements, but he's not a pandaren, nor brother spirit.
