is it nice to make 1:30min preparation time (for pick) and 30secs to Spread in the map like dota 2 (7.00 and higher)

not just to pick but to descuse with your team the roles for each one(e.x : who will be offlane?, i will support. i will carry)like this and when the game start will be ez to spread around the map cuz every one has thare role

i suggest that cuz i noticed a lot of confuse between the team (e.x : 2 in the mid or 2 carrys in the same lane) in every game
