Regarding banning phase of -ap

It is an issue spanning multiple patches already. After the banning phase, it is possible to accidentally pick instead the hero you're supposed to ban if you clicked right at the end of banning phase. Gonna suggest adding an interval of like 200-250ms before you can pick a hero after banning phase in -ap or just anything to prevent it.
