6.88u6 bug: Cannot click items and skills

Hi. I have two games here where some heroes cannot click their skills and active items. It ruins the game for us.
1st GAME:
We are playing 6.88u6 5vs5 LAN. In the middle of the game, Anubarak started complaining that he can't click his skill (Vendetta and carapace). A little later, he cannot click most of his active items. Later in the game, more players complain that their skills/items cannot be clicked.

2nd GAME:
5v5 LAN. Same bug with the 1st GAME. OMNI cannot click the Guardian Angel. Warlock can't click Refresher. RIKI can't click MoM.

Sharing the control of the hero to your team and letting your teammate click the item/skill for you doesn't work.
Is the bug already fixed in 6.88u8?
