About Rupture + Aghanim´s Scepter/whitout Scepter

When you put a scepter to Bloodseeker and then you take it off, the icon of the activated charges remains (rupture is still normal with a single charge) but when the countdown ends it starts again after 40 seconds if a charge was previously consumed . Please check that.

Steps to follow:
1- Put Scepter in the inventary and spend both charges
2- Remove the scepter and you will see that the charge indicator remains
3- Wait for the rupture countdown to finish and you will see another 40 second countdown.
